BGS has the experience to develop any kind of tooling from simple die casting or plastic injection mould to highly complex multi cavity die sets. BGS will make it happen in the most efficient and economical way.
For any component BGS will work out a prototype/sample enable you to check and test the part, eventually make some adjustments if need it before going into full manufacturing. State of the art processes are used for prototypes and samples.

If you like to get involved in the local manufacturing and deal directly with the production factories BGS has the solution for you.
We will source the most suitable factories for you and after our evaluation we will introduce you to these factories.
After a successful connection between you and the producing factory BGS will charge a finder fee to you.
From this point onwards BGS will not anymore be involved in your project.
If you still want to make use of some of our services BGS will support you on your project. Each service will be invoiced separately.
After sourcing and selecting the most qualified factories for your product we will start the quotation process.
After receiving the quotation, negotiations will take place till we meet your expectations.
